Shipping policy

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If ordered items require shipping, that amount will be calculated once the order is completed and an invoice sent to the buyer. Items will not be shipped until the invoice is paid. A tracking number will be provided to the buyer.  Invoices are expected to be paid at time of reciept but no longer than 5 calendar days from date sent.  Dog On Tour Designs LLC is not responsible for damage during shipping.
